Fortnite Final Spritemare Guide: Daily Loot, Boosts, and US Times

Halloween gaming setup illustrating Fortnite Final Spritemare rewards

Fortnite’s Final Spritemare runs from October 27 through October 31, changing its featured weapon and Sprite boosts every day. The daily rotation begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, and the event adds a few bonuses that remain active throughout the full five-day run.

This is not a code promotion. The rewards come from logging in, opening chests, using Sprites, and playing the event while each daily boost is active. Here is the exact US schedule and what to prioritize.

Final Spritemare daily reset time in the United States

Epic’s official Final Spritemare announcement lists the reset at 9:00 a.m. Eastern and 1:00 p.m. UTC. For the October 27 to 31 dates, the US reset times are:

  • 9:00 a.m. Eastern
  • 8:00 a.m. Central
  • 7:00 a.m. Mountain
  • 6:00 a.m. Pacific

A day’s boosted loot remains relevant until the next morning’s reset. Players trying to collect a specific featured weapon should finish their session before that cutoff rather than relying on a local midnight change.

Bonuses active every day

All five days include double Sprite XP and double Sprite Dust. That makes the event a good time to level Sprites and experiment with their perks. If you are still learning the system, our Honey Sprite guide explains how a useful support Sprite fits into a normal match.

A daily login quest also awards a Lucky Locator. In addition, chests can drop 1-Up Tokens and Portable Extractors. Those drops are not promised from every chest, so open them during normal looting routes rather than spending the entire match farming one location.

October 27: Overclocked 8-Bit Shotgun

The first day boosts the Overclocked 8-Bit Shotgun. Cheat Master and Gold Sprites also receive increased chances. This is the day to favor close-range fights and use the extra Sprite XP to test builds around higher-value utility.

October 28: Overpowered Shotgun

On October 28, the featured weapon changes to the Overpowered Shotgun, while Loot Hacker Sprites receive their boost. Players chasing chest rewards can combine normal loot routes with the Sprite bonus, but should still keep a midrange option instead of carrying two shotguns without a plan.

October 29: Balloon Popper AR

The Balloon Popper Assault Rifle takes over on October 29, and Bounty Hunter Sprites are more common. This rotation favors players who want safer midrange pressure instead of the first two days’ close-range focus.

October 30: login cosmetics and Frantic Rebecca’s Guns

October 30 has the most obvious login incentive before the finale. Logging in grants the Calaverita Spray and Calaverita Emoticon. The featured weapon is Frantic Rebecca’s Guns, and Trick or Treat Sprites receive an increased chance.

Claim the cosmetics as soon as the day begins if they matter to you. A login reward is easy to miss when a player waits for an evening session and then runs into an update, queue, or connection problem.

October 31 finale: guaranteed Override Console choices

The Halloween finale guarantees Hunter Scavenger, Spooky Sprinter, and Prop Hunt in Override Consoles. The Marker Bonerattler SMG becomes the featured weapon, and more Pumpkin Chests appear around the map.

Anyone unfamiliar with that system should read our Corruption Overrides guide before the finale. Knowing what each console choice does is more useful than deciding under pressure while another squad approaches.

Best way to use the event

  • Log in each day after the 9:00 a.m. Eastern reset to pick up the Lucky Locator quest.
  • Play October 30 at least once to claim the two Calaverita cosmetics.
  • Use the first two days for shotgun-focused loadouts and October 29 for a stronger midrange plan.
  • Save enough time on October 31 to find Override Consoles and Pumpkin Chests instead of rushing one final match.
  • Spend Sprite Dust on deliberate upgrades while the event’s double earnings are active.

Final Spritemare is a short schedule, not a permanent season feature. The event ends after October 31, so the login cosmetics and finale bonuses deserve priority over ordinary weekly tasks that can wait.
